Saturated crimson colour, clings to the glass. Very pretty nose with a bit more flowers black currant and some blueberry. Nice touch of cedar wood and a bit of plum sauce or hoisin. Palate shows cool black fruit compote. Tannins are ripe and firm with a lot of life to the finish. Perhaps top of the 2016 First Growth class.
