It requires experience, guided by experts, an enquiring mind and a clear appreciation of risk in what you hope for and what you get. Every now and then it's not going to deliver. And you not only expect that, you also bear the loss.

We aim to guide investors (whether or not they have experience in fine wines) and will ask you to confirm that you are comfortable with the risk and will assess your level of familiarity with bonded sales and the liability to duty and other taxes on in-bond wines. For that reason, we do not conclude any transactions online. We want to know who our clients are and that we can add value to their investment strategies.

Our Services

Bacchus offers a range of services from managing client portfolios, spot buying and selling on our own account, to one-off brokerage. However, because of the care we take in individual transactions, it is not possible to buy (or sell) via our website.
